Ruined by those who are inhumane
A man with virtue could only change
Having faith in the universe, he wanted to make another world
One where goodness multiplied hundredfold
A world phony faces chose to ignore
A world where life was little more
And as you can see, he also came with thoughts of fear
Fear that makes air tremble
Trembles that make Evil appear

This is excellent. There’s a desperate honesty that seeps through in the vocals, recalling one of my favorite gothic Americana bands Sixteen Horsepower. The music is equal parts classic metal, psych rock, and alternative pop. And maybe some desert rock is in there, too. Sometimes I think I’m hearing Portugal the Man, and others early 80s British metallers Witch Cross.
